• The goal is to get at least one BINGO! (see levels below)
• The challenge runs from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
• You may join whenever.

Reading Challenge Update

 

October is nearly over. I'll be traveling over the weekend and next week I'll be a busy bee....soooo I'll do the update now! We are nearly done with the year. A couple of months left to finish these challenges. 

Here is what I have read between Jan 1st - Oct 23rd 

Reading Challenges

Goodreads -  102 out of 143  130 (yesss I lowered it. This year has been a mess). Here are some recent ones I've finished! :D

Romance Reading Challenge -  25 out of 25. All done! Weeeee!

Cloak and Dagger Reading Challenge- 22 out of 16 done! Blasted past the goal!

LIBRARY LOVE CHALLENGE - 28 out of 24 borrowed and finished. Weeee another challenge completed! 

AUDIOBOOK CHALLENGE - 49 out of 50 done. One more! Here are some of my recent ones. 

DNF Second Chance -  I still need to do our 2nd one of the year. It keeps getting pushed to the back burner. Maybe it will be a November read or I could save it for December....Xmas is full of good will and forgiveness and love....right? 

But one is done. Here is the link to the review. I actually did like it more than the first time around! :)

Mid-Year(ish) Reading Check-In

 

I am super late in sharing my mid-year reading challenge check-in *awkward laugh*. Meant to type something up end of June/early July. It is now August. Yikessss. 

- Goodreads challenge: read 79 out of 142. Per math - I am about 5 books behind

- Romance Reading Challenge: 21 out of 25. Rocking this one! Only four more books!

- Audiobook Challenge: 32 out of 75+. Oof not doing so hot. 

- TBR Pile Challenge: 5 out of 12. Not too bad but not amazing.

- May/June Library Love Audiobook Challenge: 4 out of 4. Completed! That was a fun mini challenge I joined in. Click here to check out the books I listened to for this.

GOAL: Read 12 books on your TBR shelf. Each of these 12 books must have been on your bookshelf or “To Be Read” list for AT LEAST one full year. This means the book cannot have a publication date of 1/1/2021 or later (any book published in the year 2020 or earlier qualifies, as long as it has been on your TBR pile). Caveat: Two (2) alternates are allowed, just in case one or two of the books end up in the “did not finish (DNF)” pile.

This is a really hard challenge that I am going to attempt! I have SOOOO many books on list. Like VVB, I'm going to be a hair hesitant since I'm a mood reader too. Here are some tentative ones I want to try and read this year.

Happy near the end of the year! I just wanted to share my goals that I accomplished this year!

- Reading Goals

- Blog Goals

This year I wanted to be better at posting. My goal was to post 6 days a week. I feel like I did well. I posted either 6 or 7 days a week. There were a couple of weeks I dropped the ball, but overall I did pretty well. 

- Audiobook Goals

I blew past this goal! I wanted to listen to 2 audios and managed to listen to...39 audiobooks!

-Personal Life Goals

Lost a couple of pounds but nothing crazy. I have done well with working out. Either by walking or by using our elliptical that we just built a few days ago. I've also been SUPER artsy this year. Loads of painting and making some crafts.
