Review:
Yayy! Book 2!

We continue with Verity Long's story. A haunted library is no place for a girl who can see ghosts, but she is asked to help at the library to get everything in order for the town's big event coming up. However, she stumbles upon a dead body in the middle of the main reading room. With her ghostly sidekick, Frankie, and the handsome deputy sheriff on her side she will press forward to try and uncover the murderer and a scandalous secret that could shake this town to it's core.

These just get more and more fun. I love Verity and I love Frankie. Love Verity's skunk pet. And I am beginning to like Ellis especially after us officially meeting Beau. What a scumbag!! He's such an asshat.

Oooo the mystery was good!!! I wasn't sure what was going to happen. The who and the why blew me away.

I am happy that we are getting to learn more about ghosts and their powers and Verity's role in all of this. I do wonder why SOME ghosts seem to be powerful AF and others just fade away. I hope to keep learning more about the this world's paranormal.

Perfect narration! She fits perfect for the characters and the location.

In the end, I really liked this one. The mystery was fantastic. I love seeing Ellis and Verity get closer. It's nice to see some of the mystery unravel. Still...lots to learn, but I'm loving learning this with Verity. Can't wait for the next one! I'll give this 5 stars. I had zero issues. This series is just getting better and better.
