REVIEW:
Oooo what my friends make me watch. I swear ;) But wait...after my friend made me watch it...I made BF and our friend watch it too. SO I am bad as well. HAHA

This movie follows your All-American family (or so it seems). Nice house, working dad, at-home Hot mom, and two kids. However, things are not as they seem. The dad is having a serious mid-life crisis. The mom hates her life. Well...something "strange" happens and now suddenly and for no reason, all parents are hunting down their kids and trying to kill them.

This...this was a hoot. Not a great film by any means. It was cheesy and dark. But I certainly was entertained. Nicholas Cage was insane....even before the static makes him want to kill his offspring. He killed me! The lines they gave him were great.

For all the parents out there....don't be alarmed by this film. They don't show kids die (I think it is illegal in movies to show the actual murder) but you get the gist. It is funny and over-the-top, but it does have that thriller aspect. Will the kids make it through the night and stop mom and dad? I shall not tell.

I wanted to smack the daughter and the daughter's friend. Little jerks!!!

The ending annoyed me. You can't just leave it like that! I WANT ANSWERS!!!!!!! *shakes fist*

Overall, this is not a film to take too seriously. It is a dark, cheesy, weird, but an original movie indeed. Nicholas Cage was sparkling in this. He was crazy. Insane...and the mom was right there next to him. If you are looking for dark cheese...here ya go. What a way to start 2019. I'll give this 3 stars.
