Saturday: 1 mile walk & 10 squats
Sunday: 1.5 mile walk, 20 crunches, & 20 squats
Monday: 1.5 mile walk & 20 squats
Tuesday: 3 mile walk & 40 squats
Wednesday: 1 mile walk & 10 squats
Thursday: Went bowling with the gang. hahaha does this count?
Friday: 1 mile walk & 50 crunches
Conclusion: This week I've decided to do some squats. I did SO many everyday, that every night my legs where killing me. Ugh! I forgot how much those suck. Why have I been torturing myself? Well, lack of time for the gym and Zumba due to lots of hours at work and big projects for class, so I deserve it. haha
Squats are scary
Bowling counts, of course it counts. If golf is a sport discipline, bowling is even doubly so. Squats are great!
Yup they also hurt.
