Review:
I picked up a book that is a retelling of this classic...so I thought it would be appropriate to give this a re-read PLUS I found this as an audio on Audible.

The House of Usher is on its last legs. All that remains are a sister and brother. Both of whom seem to be cracking and sick.

This is such a great and spooky story by Poe. Top 3 of my favorites. It starts off slow and normal, but then things get sad....then scary....

The narrator was perfect. Loved his voices for our characters and the tone was perfect. Really added another layer of creepy and scary. The narrator actually gave me goosebumps by the end.

Always a lot of fun reading this, especially in the Spooky Season. I recommend this audio version if you don't want to read it. For sure worth it

5 stars.

Oh, going old school scary for the holiday! I know I read this one or saw the movie, but I can't recall what happens at all.
