Review:
This author is always fun. Plus this fits a couple reading challenges. Thank you library for recommending this one!

Here we follow Chloe Wynchester and Lawrence Gosling. Chloe was given a blessing and a curse....she can blend into any crowd. But it makes her forgettable. When her only father she has ever known makes a dying wish that his adopted orphaned children recover a missing painting, she takes it upon herself to take lead on the mission. She decides to steal it back, but in doing so, she accidentally abducts a duke. That duke is Lawrence who is trying to fix all his late father's mistakes which include needing to marry a rich heiress. Yet, he finds himself in a carriage by a beautiful woman and he fears his heart will be hers...but she is a wild Wynchester.

This was really fun. Loved the characters. Loved the story. Loved the romance. Loved the comedy! This was so much fun. Such a nice way to start April!

What a fresh and interesting concept! Loved how unique all the siblings are! I would LOVE to be a part of their family! So cute and funny and loving.

I adored Lawrence too. He has to hide his real self in order to save what is left of the family's reputation and he is being to forced to marry a rich lady who has zero interest but her family wants the title.

Now, the solutions seemed too easy, especially for Philippa. Her parents would not have let her off the hook THAT easily. Maybe we will see more of a fallout in society with Chloe and Lawrence getting married? She is an outcast and he is a Duke with no money. The ton is going to be terrible to them. So we'll see how book 2 goes.

WHICH I can't wait to get to book 2!!!!!! It is Philippa's and Thomasina's book! Eeek!! They both deserve all the love! Philippa is a sweetheart and Tommy is hilarious.

The narrator was fabulous. Perfect for all the colorful characters!

In the end, this was fun. I highly recommend this if you want a good HR with a splash of comedy. 4 stars from me.
