FitReaders Week #7

Saturday: 1 mile walk & 15 mins Yoga (limited time to be alone in the hotel room - I shared with my co-worker)
Sunday:   3 mile walk & 10 min weights
Monday:  Nada
Tuesday: 1 mile walk/jog & 5 mins of weigh lifts
Wednesday:  1 mile walk  
Thursday:  1.5 mile walk, 30 mins Zumba, & 20 crunches
Friday:  1.5 mile walk & 20 crunches
Conclusion: An okay week for me. :) I got back Sunday night from my roadtrip and had Monday off, so I was lazy that day ;) hahaha.
