FitReaders Week #6

Saturday: 1 mile walk 
Sunday:   1.5 mile walk & 5 mins weights
Monday:  Nothing 
Tuesday: Nothing (I had to drive down for my work roadtrip)
Wednesday:  1 mile walk, 40 crunches, & 5 mins weight lifts 
Thursday:  1 mile walk & 10 crunches 
Friday:  2.5 mile walk 
Conclusion: It was hard to do much this week due to the roadtrip, but I managed to get some things done in my down time. There is really limited things you can do in a hotel...so why not do crunches? hahahaha I was given this coupon to give to anyone who wants some Zumba fun! Just click HERE to get some. :D

Sometimes I bring my resistance band when I travel. It's not a full workout but at least I feel like I did something.

Karen, good thinking! I am lucky that my work involves a lot of walking and standing, so it helped.
