Saturday: 1.5 mile walk
Sunday: 1.5 mile walk/jog & 5 mins weights
Monday: Nada
Tuesday: 1 mile walk
Wednesday: 2 mile bike ride, .25 jog, & 1 mile walk
Thursday: 2 mile walk
Friday: 1 mile walk
Conclusion: Not a bad week, especially with me working over 40 hours this week and last week. :)

Great job! I work 40 hours plus some extra hours (depending on how busy we are) so I know how hard it is get some exercise in. Keep up the great work and have a nice week!
