Book Blog Walkers #5

Saturday: Went to the mall for 2 hours. Does this count? LOL
Sunday: 1.5 miles walk
Monday: 30 mins of Zumba & 1 mile jog.
Tuesday: 3 mile bike ride, 10 min weights, & .25 mile jog
Wednesday: 30 min yoga
Thursday: 3.75 bike ride & 1 mile walk/jog
Friday: Cleaning the apartment like crazy today due to our the Thanksgiving we are hosting Saturday - I am super, super nervous!!!!!!!
Conclusion: Proud of myself this week, even though I had a couple days I didn't actually workout, but I was active, so I'm counting it. hahaha
