The second of the year is: PINK

Been batting around ideas for this month's prompt. I'll share some book covers. ;)

CONCLUSION
Sooo...honestly I do not think I am very drawn in by pink covers. I haven't really read many with covers that are mostly or have a lot of pink on the covers. The majority also seems to be romance novels. Go figure ;)

Goal Check for 2017
I always want to do fun little challenges but I know myself and I just need to focus on one thing. So for 2017 I just decided to work on my reading challenge of reading 100 books. 

I did it with time to spare. I did read a couple after the 100 books, but I am saving the reviews for 2018 since I wanted to focus this last week on other posts. I am proud of myself.

Welcome back to the Carole Awards! 2017 certainly flew by. I'm honestly in disbelief it is already the end of this year.

This year we are going to shake up the Carole Awards a bit! We have decided to grant some more Carole Awards to more books and movies and even TV shows. WHA??? Yes! We let Blodeuedd pick some winners as well to win this amazing award. So there is double the chance for a book or movie or show to win an award! I can hear all the hope out there. Hahaha. *crickets*

Books Disappointments of 2017

The cover is so beautiful and it had an original plot. I was so intrigued, but I was so let down.  

Another one were it wasn't horrible. It was just meh. Some good parts, some horrible parts. I was really looking forward to this one and I ended up disappointed in the end.










This seemed like it would be a contender for Best Book of the Year, but alas, it fell horribly short. It had all the elements, but I think the author tried too much and it was boring. 

I had heard SO many amazing things about this one. When I finally found a copy I had jumped for joy, but alas....I ended up being highly disappointed. I feel like this was the biggest disappointment of the year for me.
