Reading this again! A couple of people I know read it, and it was calling me, so I downloaded it.
Holly is dealing with big life stuff. John is getting over a bad breakup. John accidently put a card on her car meant for someone else. He is the worst wingman ever. Whoopsies. An amusing mistake soon turns into a lovely exchange of anonymous notes, little acts of kindness, and a growing affection between two strangers.
Awwwwwwwwww this was so sweet. I loved Holly and John.
I loved the gifts. The notes. The dog.
The sad moments were sad but beautiful at the same time.
There is some humor, but it felt real.
AND THAT SECRET? How did I forget???
Great narrators.
Great short. Now I kinda wanna read the rest of the series..............

I loved this one when I read it, and I just posted the review last week. That prompted me to read the other story in the series. It's cute, but I liked this one more.
I haven't read this author yet but you and Jen seem to like this one.
