One life...
Trevor Palmer must sink or survive, quite literally. Choosing to manipulate the changing hands of his company for his own good, he relocates to the rough country of Idaho, in searching for his great great grandfather's mine.

Porsche has sworn off all men but meeting Trevor has changed her best laid plans, throwing her resolve to find the perfect man for her sister against her, stumbling head on into the ideal man for herself.

The story follows Trevor and a pair of twin girls. Trevor is nearly 30 and he is trying to figure his life out. Between the company and his own life. Porsche and Mercedes are twins who are also trying to figure this crazy thing called life out. Mercedes is nearly done with college and Porsche just wants to be happy and have a good time. Things happen and Porsche decides she is done with men but Trevor comes into the picture and he is too good to let go so why not try and hook him up with her sister? What can go wrong there?

It did take me a while to really get into the story. Trevor was fine and interesting, but I really had a hard time standing Porsche. She was such a brat. I liked her twin, Mercedes. Even when Porsche tries and do well by her sister, her bratty self comes out. Such a brat.

This was a quick read and this was mainly character building, so not a lot happened at first, but the drama does start kicking into gear after a certain event happens.

I am curious to see what happens next. This ended SO sad and SO suddenly. Honestly...I was in such awe about what happened. I had to read the last page a couple of times to wrap my head around what had happened. SUCH a cliffhanger! EEEK! HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO ME!? It is easy to guess what happens next, but there is a lot of drama coming up and you can feel it. Poor Trevor. I like him a lot. Yes, I feel for Porsche...buuuut she was a spoiled, selfish, brat. I'm team Mercedes for sure, but Porsche did make things interesting and nothing would've happened without her.

As I mentioned, it did take a while to really get into the story. There were a couple of lulls here and there.  In the end, however, I did enjoy the ride. I am curious to see what is going to happen next. I can pretty much guess, but the hows and the drama surrounding this will indeed be interesting to see.

If you are looking for a quick, drama-filled story this one is for you. Not too long and lots of drama. I'll stamp this with 3 stars.

Shaunna, thank you so much for stopping by! I have already posted on both :)

Thanks for sharing! The names kind of make me smile because I love this UK soap opera and one character is Mercedes and her cousin (no longer on the show) is Porsche.

Sorry Porsche was annoying, but yay for loving Mercedes! :)
