4/12/2022 What book has been sitting on your TBR pile the longest?

Ooooo this is a tough one! I have SOOOOO many books on my TBR list. Like every book lover I know...we collect and collect and can never keep up on what we have. I recently just bought another bookshelf for my office/library ;)

I'll say I have some William Shakespeare still sitting on my shelf glaring at me. I really need to continue and read more. I've read a lot, but there are still some works I need to read.

I also have a million (okay not a million) ebooks I have downloaded.

Ah, yes, I also have dozens of audiobooks I still need to listen to that I was gifted a couple of Xmases ago.

  1. OMG! I didn't even think about the audiobooks. Eep! Those won't be as old as paper and ebooks, but still I have tons!

  2. Oh, Shakespeare's birthday is coming up this month. Perhaps you'll be inspired to pick up his book then.

  3. I read through my tbr list pretty fast so most of the books on my Kindle are only about 5 months old.

  5. It is such a tough one. I've seen several different ways people have pulled up their "oldest". It's hard to say what my oldest is. According to Goodreads, my oldest is Hunted by the Others (H&W Investigations, #1) by Jess Haines. I can't tell you anything about it, other than some sort of paranormal something. Evidently, investigations. LOL. Maybe this topic will give me the kick in the butt to try some old TBR stories.

  8. My stack is monstrous high if I count the Kindle freebies, but I'm not sure what has waited the longest on my TBR pile. Probably a classic.

Sadly...word verification is going back up. WAH! Hopefully it'll keep the spammers away (I promise I'll take it off soon-ish)

THANK YOU FOR THE COMMENTS! IT MAKES ME FEEL LOVED! ^.^
