Review:
Love a good short spooky story for Spooky season.

Aubrey is fascinated by Lord Ruthven and joins him on a tour to Europe. However, something is wrong and Aubrey is uneasy with Lord Ruthven's grotesque conduct.

I have to admit something....I struggled to pay attention to this. I nearly fell asleep at one point when I was listening to this and doing some coloring.

The narrator was familiar to me and he does a great job, but not even his performance could hold my attention.

Now, the ending was better and it got spooky, but the rest? Eh.

I'll give this 2 stars.

  1. I always meant to read this after I found out it was the first vampire story even before Dracula. Good to know it starts out a little blah.

Sadly...word verification is going back up. WAH! Hopefully it'll keep the spammers away (I promise I'll take it off soon-ish)
