Saturday: .5 mile walk/jog
Sunday:    2.5 mile walk & 5 mins weights 
Monday:  Nada
Tuesday: 1 mile walk/jog & 5 mins weights
Wednesday: 100 crunches & 1.5 mile walk 
Thursday:  30 mins Zumba, 15 mins yoga, & 1 mile walk 
Friday: 3.5 mile walk 
Conclusion: Super busy this week! Monday was my only day off, so of course I was a lazy kid.
